Kirk Sanders

Attorney Kirk Sanders is a lifelong citizen of Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He graduated from North Carolina State University (B.A., 1992) and Wake Forest University School of Law (J.D. 1995). He is licensed to practice law in North Carolina as well as the Middle District Federal Court & Middle District Bankruptcy Court.

Mr. Sanders  employs his experience to guide clients through the litigation process and provide them with a forecast of what that client’s litigation will entail.

Fiduciary Litigation (Trust, Will & Estate Disputes):
Mr. Sanders focuses on litigation of estate and trust disputes. He is a fiduciary litigation attorney. This includes:

Will Caveat cases (contesting a last will and testament), whether representing the caveators (challengers) or the propounders (defenders);

Trust lawsuits/disputes and trust modifications;
Estate & Probate lawsuits;
Fiduciary violations;
and Power of Attorney Abuse Cases.

He litigated numerous cases in excess of a million dollars.

Commercial: Since 1995 he’s represented clients in commercial litigation cases, arbitration hearings, construction litigation, and collection cases. Mr. Sanders represents businesses with their corporation & LLC formations, contracts, collection, advice, and litigation needs.

Personal Injury:

Mr. Sanders also represents personal injury clients with severe injuries or wrongful death cases and bicycle wrecks. He has tried a number of personal injury cases and litigated medical malpractice cases.

He wrote one novel (it was terrible). When not in Winston, he can be found stomping around or four wheeling with his family in the hills along Big Reed Island Creek in Carroll County.
